ETIS Information Security Working Group will hold its next meeting on 14-15 November 2024, hosted kindly by Oracle colleagues in their Oracle Industry Lab, in Reading, UK, not far from London.


To register, please complete two separate forms:

  2. Registration via the Oracle website for the lab visit here (updated link!) (selecting 14th November, 13:30 for a visit)


The core-team started to draft the meeting agenda, which will soon be available below on this page. You are welcome to share your suggestions and presentation proposals with Andrija Visic (av@etis.org).


The participation is capped at 30 participants:

  • Operators, max. 2 participants
  • Suppliers, max. 1 participant + 1 additional if he/she is a presenter



Venue:

  • Oracle Industry Lab, Oracle Parkway, Thames Valley Park (TVP), Reading, Berkshire RG6 1RA


Parking:

  • Parking is located just outside the Oracle Industry Lab.
  • Visitors should check-in with the receptionist at the TVP510 building.


Transport:

  • Heathrow International Airport is the closest airport to the Lab and has daily flights to and from most destinations around the world. It is a 25 mile / 40-kilometre drive. Access to the Lab from the Airport is available by taking the Rail Air Link to Reading Station and then the courtesy shuttle bus to Thames Valley Parkway. Taxis are also available outside the terminal entrance or can be pre-booked in advance. The recommended taxi company is 500 Cars, based in Reading - telephone 01189 582 582.

  • Reading Railway Station provides connections throughout the UK. Trains to and from London Paddington operate every 10 minutes and every 15 minutes to and from Waterloo.


  • A courtesy bus service between Reading Train Station and Thames Valley Park runs Monday to Friday approximately every 8 minutes at peak times and 20 mins throughout the day. The bus stop (SA) is located ON THE NORTHERN SIDE of the Reading Train station. There is a tunnel connecting the south and north side, that you can walk through. TVP Courtesy buses are easily recognised carrying the Thames Valley Park logo.
  • In order to board the bus visitors should scan the QR code they received from the organisers via email.
