Day 1 concludes with a group activity—a guided tour of Athens—followed by an official dinner at an iconic venue.
On Day 2, participants resume their activities in their designated working groups. The events ends with a small ceremony.

- Until 72 hours prior to arrival, the participants will be charged with one night's cancellation fees.
- Within the last 72 hours for any cancellation or reduction of stay or in case of no-show each participant will be charged with full cancellation fees of the cancelled nights (total amount of their reservation).
