We are excited to invite you to the upcoming Enterprise Architecture (EA) Working Group meeting, scheduled to take place virtually on the 15th of November 2024. This meeting presents a unique opportunity for telecom professionals to explore the latest developments in Enterprise Architecture, exchange best practices, and address the evolving challenges of the telecom industry.

The agenda for the meeting will focus on key EA topics identified during the Enterprise Architecture meeting at the ETIS Gathering 2024 in June, including:

• EA at Banking – Learnings for Telco EA
• EA Relevant Topics from TM Forum
• Control Architecture Decisions
• ODA Experiences
• Lessons Learned from "Failed Experiences" / Bad Decisions
• EA Methodologies & Practices
• Business Drivers for EA

In addition to the presentations, participants will have the opportunity to contribute their own expertise, share insights, and engage in discussions that help shape the future of Enterprise Architecture in telecom.
