We are excited to invite you to the upcoming Enterprise Architecture (EA) Working Group meeting. This meeting presents a unique opportunity for telecom professionals to explore the latest developments in Enterprise Architecture, exchange best practices, and address the evolving challenges of the telecom industry.

This session will follow a roundtable discussion format, allowing participants to share recent updates, challenges, and key EA issues within their companies. The focus will be on open discussions, knowledge exchange, and collaboration to address industry challenges together.

Agenda Highlights:

• Company Updates & Challenges (±70mins) – Operators will share recent developments, key EA priorities, and industry challenges. Participants will get10 minutes each to share updates and are requested to prepare a short presentation 5-7 slides.
• Roundtable Discussion(±30mins) – Participants will exchange specific insights and explore potential solutions to common EA issues.
• Preparing for ETIS Gathering 2025 (Athens, June 5-6) (±20mins) – We will also take time to discuss the agenda and participation for the upcoming Gathering.

Roundtable discussion will focus on key EA topics identified during the Enterprise Architecture meeting at the ETIS Gathering 2024 in June, including:

• EA Relevant Topics from TM Forum
• Control Architecture Decisions

Participants will have the opportunity to contribute their own expertise, share insights, and engage in discussions that help shape the future of Enterprise Architecture in telecom.
