During the session, each participating Telco will share insights on their utilization of web data for analytics, modeling, and statistics, including modern AI/ML techniques and classic statistics. We'll explore use cases beyond standard KPI reporting to maximize data value.


Additionally, we'll delve into baseline setups for data tracking, comparing server-side versus client-side methods, and explore tools like Google Analytics. Strategies for value-based performance optimization alongside traditional transaction tracking will also be discussed.

To ensure productive participation, participants are asked to prepare to address the following points:

  • Methods of data collection (client vs. server-side tagging, tools used for tagging & tracking)
  • Types of collected data (interaction, page, user, e-commerce)
  • Tracking of internal applications and associated data
  • Utilization of data (dashboards, statistical analytics, data models)
  • Current and future use cases, including identification of obsolete data
