ETIS Information Security Working Group will hold its first meeting in Oslo, Norway, hosted kindly by Telenor Norway colleagues.

The core-team started to draft the meeting agenda, which will soon be available below on this page. You are welcome to share your suggestions and presentation proposals with Andrija Visic (av@etis.org)
The participation is capped at 30 participants:
- Operators, max. 2 participants
- Suppliers, max. 1 participant + 1 additional if he/she is a presenter
Please follow the below information to book your hotel room!
A minimum of 15 rooms are currently held for our ETIS ISWG meeting at the Hotel Christiania Teater, with presumed arrival date on the 21st and departure on the 23rd. For those of you who joined our Oslo meeting in January 2020, you will recognise this as the same hotel as back then. It is very centrally located in downtown Oslo, with a very easy direct bus line connection (20 mins).
To book with the Telenor discount price of NOK 1.881,-/night (cca EUR 167), do not use online booking. Instead, email the hotel at stay@christianiateater.com, quoting reservation no. 1136GR009061. Remember to include the desired duration of your booking, and also your full name and telephone number. After you receive a confirmation from the hotel, contact the hotel via phone (+4721043800) to share with them your payment card details. This completes your reservation.
· The quoted price includes breakfast and wifi access.
· Price for an extra person in the same room is NOK 200,-/night.
· The Telenor discount price will be offered to reservations beyond 15 rooms, insofar as they have rooms available at the time of your booking.
· Similarly, the Telenor discount price is also valid if you opt to extend your stay to the 24th or 25th.
There is no deadline for booking, but we strongly encourage you to make your reservation ASAP.
Cancellation deadline is 7 days prior to planned arrival.

Security Strategy Updates and Introduction of new Partners
Every participant prepares a short, 3-5 min input (slides are optional) on recent challenges, threats, incidents, projects, and future plans in their organisation. Participants are also invited to share what expectations they have from our 2-day meeting.

A short survey was shared in advance in order to receive input from all operator representatives (deadline for input is 16th February, noon). Then, we will analyse the results and present them at the meeting, to serve as a starting point for an in-depth discussion

Session 3: Security Awareness + Culture Session (including insider threats discussions)
There is increasing interest in creating an ETIS Security Awareness Task Force, which is why we encourage members of our group to present security awareness initiatives implemented in their organisations. Two presentations will be followed up by a discussion session. Please submit presentation proposals to av@etis.org.
